Hello everyone, im new to this whole pe thing. I really am hoping this works but it seems when i do the workouts i can't stay optimistic and it's resulting in very poor workouts. The main reason is i get so frustrated when i start off stretching. I've read many threads about grip and all but i just can't find a comfortable one. I put an OK grip an inch below the glans but when i pull it seems i have to squeeze extra hard to keep the stretch or else my head will kinda slip right into the skin and ill lose grip. The problem is it starts to hurt when i am squeezing like that and i have to let go. Since this is at the beginning of my workout right after the warm up its really messin with my mind state to complete the workout resulting in a lousy session. Any thoughts on how to fix this. Has anyone ever came across this problem? I have only did 3 pe sessions so far every other day. I am circumsized and i have tried using a glove or some type of cloth for better grip but i still have to squeeze to much and it starts to hurt. Also my penis has been feeling kinda weird lately like a slight discomfort mostly at base... Thx in advance for any help, I'm really looking forward to this new journey and i just hope to get past this little dilemma and start getting some good workouts in.

Take a day or two out if you're sore.
As for stretching, make sure you warm up for a good 10 minutes, I do mine in the bath and do some light stretching midway through.
Maybe you're gripping too low down? I'm uncircumcised and I tend to grip where the pulled back skin meats the rest of my dick, careful not to hurt yourself by pulling the frenulum too tightly. Helicopter shakes are good to get you loose and ready for stretches as well.
If you're still having hassle, try changing grip (palm facing away/towards). Some guy's use baby powder to get a better grip if they are slipping even when dry.Not really gaining.

Is the frenulum only on the glans or does it go down the penis?? And yes i have tried changing grips i am just having such a problem finding a comfortable one. Thx for the reply by the way.

You may be pulling too hard. Don't be in a hurry, this takes time and patience. Complete the jp90 routine, then move on from there. You'll get better at this with practice. Good Luck and keep us posted.

Just wanted to say this little problem is long gone, musta just been my penis getting adapted to pe or something. I just finished the jp60... lol i know i know, its called the jp90 but i strongly felt my penis was conditioned enough to move on. I'm now into my second week of hanging, of course being very vigilant, especially since not fully completing the jp90 and i have to say i'm loving it, i've already gained an 1/8 of an inch thanks to the perfectly designed bib starter plus my penis feels better then ever. And to think i was strongly considering getting penis surgery at one time!!! Thank goodness for being broke!! (haha i wonder how many people have ever said that)... if i would have had the money i woulda been sitting here with a distorted ass penis and only half an inch more to show for it chances are lol. Anyway PE is awesome and i dont plan on stopping anytime soon, i'm comin for you 8 x 6 no matter how long it takes, you WILL be mine.

Yes it does take some time to condition your penis for the workouts so learn the exercises and you will do great...

Can someone please help me figure out how to start a new thread? I cant for the life of me find the "new thread" button.
