  • hard gainer &everyone kegels

    Well, it's been almost 8 months since I've PEing and I've found I've made very minimum gains.

    Of course, I've noticed a slight increase in veins; however, it doesn't get much further than that. I'd be ecstatic with EQ gains, but I don't even have that. I've experimented with low to high intensity routines throughout my PE journey. And frankly, I'm just getting discouraged, especially when I see all these success posts.

    I find it even more discouraging that I'm not gaining because I'm a pretty physical guy. I eat healthy, workout a good deal of the week, etc

    I've been on a semi break, but I'm giving PE another go this month, see what happens....

    As for kegels, I'm doing a k/rk routine. Currently on 20 kegels, 30 reverse kegels (10 sec hold)

    Isolation still seems to be a problem for me. I notice that when I kegel (I pull my flaccid out, like I'm testing my LOT) I feel like a shake/tremor in my PB area. Similar to when you're exercising like say a Plank. That breaking point where you start to shake, but you try to maintain your posture. Well that's how it is when I hold the kegel. Not sure if I'm gaining any strength in that department as well...

    Also, I noticed when I try to do erect kegels, my erection subsides with each kegel. Isn't that what reverse kegels supposed to do... while reverse kegels seem to fill my penis...

    During my reverse kegels, I can still feel a slight ab contraction. I can feel my pelvic floor dropping so to say, so I don't know what gives.

    With both k/rks, I still tend to tighten up my butt, working on that as well.

    Long story short, I'm starting to just feel cheated with all this work I pour into PE, and not see results.

    I see great results with my other exercises, why can't it translate over :/

    I know, they aren't the same thing, but I'm speaking dedication wise...

      Sound like might be mixing up kegels for reverse kegels. What method did you use to learn how to do them?

        For reverse kegels, I learned to do them by peeing regularly, then forcing out the pee, like a push.

          U should tell people what exercises you did and routine u had so they can help u.... stretching? Jelqing? Yeah kegels are good for EQ and PE but mostly to fight against Prem Ejac.
          Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
          Now MAY 2012 BPEL 6 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
          I have cured myself of prem ejac, now I am working on a bigger shlong.

              I would recommend experimenting with different exercises. towel raises, ulis, horsey squeeze, etc. either that, or increase the intensity of your workout, as you would with the rest of your body.

                The statement that rk tighten your butt is a concern can you expand on that.

                  Welcome to the club. I totally avoid the the success stories threads. Its just too heartbreaking seeing the "I gained 1" in three months" posts. I just wish I could avoid the " introduce yourself" threads so I could quite seeing all the newbies with the 5.5"+ girths.
                  Have you gained anything? I had gained .25" when I was 5 months in but it looks pretty much like that has been it and I have a year and a half in doing PE.

                    Besides more prominent veins, I think girth. Not sure how much though, since I have trouble getting it up/maintaining it.

                    On rare occasions I have morning wood, it's deflated glans and such.

                    I relasped a while back with porn, so I have to cut it again...

                        Hey, you, me AND Koh buddy.

                        I went about a year following all instructions and being pretty religious about working out and didn't get much other than some EQ. I backed off for a while and started back a few months ago and seem to have gotten some girth, but I'm never 100% positive. I'm trying to change things up now and adding a pump as I was doing all manual before.

                        Not that I'll throw in the towel and quit, but if I can't get much to happen, I may need to rethink how much time I'm investing in it. Right now I've got plenty of that, but it could change. If the results are going to be so minimal I may try to switch up the routines and find something a bit less "attended" like hanging. Maybe I can work out a way to do something more productive on the side while PE'ing like that.

                          I think I gained girth also but not MEG. I seem to be thicker at the base and more towards the top of the shaft. Funny thing is I have never really concentrated too much on girth. I have subscribed to the length first philosophy but I'm starting to think if I can't gain length maybe I should just focus on girth after a long decon break. 200 more hrs of extending and if I don't see any promise then its vacation time for me. Do you see occasional longer measurements? I have been getting an additional .25"+ measurements which I have seen before but I do seem to be seeing them more frequently. Hopefully a good sign.

                            When I try to rk, I can feel my pelvic floor "dropping", as well as the area between my anus and ball sack moving. There is just a faint feeling of my anus flexing. As if I were sitting down going poop. When you force out the pee, and squeeze the poo out.

                            My routines are pretty standard 30 minutes just about. That's what had me stumped.

                            I haven't noticed any length gains, I just know my girth has increased in some way. Just not sure by how much :/

                            My current routine is:

                            10 min warm up
                            10 min jelq
                            10 min clamp
                            15 min edge

                            2 days on, 1 off.

                            Going on the lighter side again to see where this takes me.
