So i've been doing PE for about 6 months. I made the mistake of not following the newbie routine and jumping into more advanced girth exercises such as squeezes, clamping, etc. I've seen really no gains on girth. I've been pretty obsessed with it all ever since a former gf made the comment "pencil dick." It absolutely shattered my world because I always considered myself big at almost 8in bp. When I looked into was when I found out my 4.75-5 girth was only average at best. In my opinion, girth such as this is only satisfying with unusually tight chicks. I need advice. I'm considered just taking a two week break, and just starting all over with the newbie routine. Do you think this is a good route? I think i've toughned up my dick alot which isn't so good because I know the most potential for gains is in the beginning, which i guess i messed up, but i'm also wondering if i should just continue with a more refined intermediate workout, because its more or less impossible for my dick to get injured (believe me, i can practically tie it in a knot and make it baloon up ridiculously without ever getting hurt. Do breaks decondition your dick and make gains more attainable. Also, another question does masturbation effect gains, because i'm basically a chronic masturbator (2-3 times daily)? Should I stop this. Will it make a difference?

I think taking a two week break and starting from the beginning is a good idea. It will allow you to rest and the take things up again. Remember: the jelq is a good girth exercise. You might see some gains from the JP90.
Masturbation will affect your gains. read this: Ejaculation and Penis Size Gains
Masturbation is Exercising the Penis. Chronically masturbating will fatigue your ding dong and make any workout you do less effective. Instead of doing it 2-3 times a day, do it once for 20-30 minutes. This is called edging and can help with gains.
Remember: a strong libido is a positive PI for a healthy dick. If you're horny ALL the time, that's a good thing. It's normal. Just don't expel all of that masculine energy without some purpose.
It's not true that you might have messed up any potential gains. The gains people declare when they first start are usually derived from an improved EQ. People will say that they have newbie gains of 0.25-0.5 inches in length. Chances are, they were always that size, but exercising the peen brought the EQ up so now they can see it.
And I don't think that the most gains seen are at the beginning.
I don't know about deconditioning. Someone else will have to answer that.
You know your dick better than anyone, but it would be a shame to think it's indestructible and then damage it. Be careful with it - you only get one.
