    Just beware of going for too much girth. I'm 6.5 inches girth at the base and 6 inches mid-shaft. I had sex the other day and the girl on top looked as if her eyes were crossing over as she said "damn that's a lot of girth". She didn't look too comfortable to say the least!

    I can understand if you want it because the rest up the shaft is thicker but if not don't even worry about it. Anyway, downward jelgs I have never really heard to work. If I were you, I would get an erection about 80% at least then lightly squeeze with on hand just above base and take the other hand and press against the inner penis just past the sack force blood to that region. That's just a theory but to me a damn good one.

    I did that for a couple months with no results. Although I wasn't peing very consistently at the time.

    Actually now that I think about it I never even saw any expansion doing those thenewdude. I did hear that some people made gains doing it.

    Do you think that it is possible to just do a length routine and over a year gain a little girth? Or do you guys think that no matter what, NO girth will grow with a length only routine?

    So far I gained .25" BPEL, .25" EGB, .25"EGM, .62" FG, .5" NBPEL.

    Before PE however I gained .5" BPEL through edging alone.
