Well iv just started out with PE I have no intentions of doing anything other than JPs 90 day routine at the moment but what exercise could I use to alternate hanging with? Or are there any other exercises that work mainly on length? I dont really want to buy an extender either :/ im quite happy with girth I just want to add 1-2 inch in length which im skeptical about but iv got experience so I cant say anything lol
If anyone was around the same size as me how long did it take to achieve 1 inch in length im 6.2-6.5 erect frm pubic bone to the end. Any help or comments are appreciated thanks in advance.
