  • Somehow a stupid question

    Right now I'm kind of ill. Have a 39 degree fever. But I feel like doing PE right now as yesterday was my off-day. Should I postopne my workout? Or should I take an advantage of high temperature ?

    PS. Due to fever I can blabber so pls don't hang dogs on me for this post.

      hey dont do pe man as ur energy need is increased somewhere else ... for now that is more important.. u will have negative pi's tomorrow, if u do it today ...

          With any illness or injury recuperate first, then go back to PE'ing.
