    I known jelq for awhile just never looked into it, even now when I try to search before and after pictures I don't really see any difference. Can someone post from the uesrs before and affter pictures?

    If jelqing really worked why wouldn't every man give this a try?

    well let me start out saying I'm 23yr old asian with 4inch erect penis. 4.5inches bone pressed. This gotten me so insecure that I want to give this a try.

    I'm freaking stupid for an asian... I read the sticky jelq and the 90 day jelq... but still don't understand it. can someone provide me with SIMPLE GUIDE for a retard like me to follow. I just want something simple and easy I can try for couple months to get some gain.

    Your questions can be used for basically anything in life that is "known" to be good for people to do. Why don't people exercise? Why don't people eat much less meat? Why don't people ......?

    Maybe you should look into some self esteem improvement material before worrying about PE? You seem to have a really low opinion of yourself. There are plenty of how to related posts all over the forum. You can even go to a search engine and just type in "jelq", or "how to jelq".

    I'll assume you are a sincere newbie and will give you push in the right direction.

    I had similar questions when I first started but was able to educate myself through this site. In addition to the stickys in the forums, review the beginner Exercises. Fortunately, there is a lot of explanation, step-by-step instructions AND video for newbies on jelqing:

    The reason this is not well-publicized is that no person/company has a meaningful economic angle to justify the medical research to establish credibility in the mainstream media and medical community and/or market this broadly to all men. The tools of the trade are basically like lube, a sock, rice, your hand, your penis and your time.

    Yes, 4.5" BPEL is smaller than average but it's enough to please you and your partner so don't allow penis size to become an excuse for insecurity. That said, I accept that you may be a younger guy that has not yet fully established his sexual confidence. This should be a long-term commitment to a healther penis that also has the "benefit" of a larger penis.

    JP90 is one well-received starter routine for newbies to condition their penis. There are many posters on this board that believe the routine is too intense. The key is to find out what works for you. For what it's worth, I found some of the other newbie routines to be too mild and JP 90 plus a little more was just right and I had some common newbie gains (3/8" in length, a little girth and EQ benefits) while doing it, but the real purpose with any of these beginner routines is to get you SAFELY started with your first steps on the proverbial "journey of a thousand miles." If you still want extra help along this process, you will find a lot of support on this community but if you think you might be "freaking stupid" I would recommend that you sign up with Big Al to have the voice of a single experienced coach to help you.

    If you think this is just stretching and jelqing a few months to get an "average" 6"x5" penis and you're done, then you probably aren't thinking about this the right way. Some people seem to gain quickly and others have more difficulty. You'll need to understand that this takes time, patience and a steady commitment. For me, it's absolutely worthwhile and I only wish I knew about this when I was your age. Good luck and welcome to the community

    hey thanks for the replies, so today was the 3rd time I jelqed. I did two days and rest and jelq again today.

    so my penis is sore/rash/red... which is understandable but what freaked me out was when I jelqed penis looked bend. I have stright penis naturally.

    Ever since I started I can't seem to get hard. I mean I can get semi-hard but not fully hard. Is this temp or am I doing it wrong? I'm kinad freaking out and reading about dangerous of jelqing freaks me out. I rather have small penis that's funtional than average ED penis.

    You are right, it is better to have a working penis than a big broken one. This is the first time I've ever said this, but PE may not be a good idea for you.

    caps, the more I think about it the more I worry. It is not understandable to be sore, red, rashy and have poor EQ after just a few jelq sessions. I urge you to stop all PE until you better understand all of the basic concepts and have regained your ability to maintain an erection. At the moment you sound like a major injury just waiting to happen. People do hurt them selfs and it make me sick to hear about it. Just be careful and more importantly learn before you begin again.

    I follow the simple guide, 10minutes of heated sock rice. 3-5second for every jelq with 60-80% erection. Did it for 10minutes and warm up again.

    I should add that I do have very sensitive skin and eczema, I have no idea if these are related to jelqing though.

    I will rest till I get an full erection and try again. The insecurities are eating me alive, I have very low self esteem and I have depression at the moment. I know there's a risk but this is something I'm willing to take. My goal is to try for 3months.

    You shouldn't be jelqing at 60-80% if you're a newbie you need to condition your penis. you should be jelqing at around 20-40% erect.
