Just wondering as I have seen lots of posts on it. When flaccid, my penis isn't hard, but I noticed it is getting a lot firmer at lower levels of erection now, when it should be a bit more 'bendy'. Could this be related?

Eh. It's supposed to get kind of more of a rubbery feel when flaccid, that's a positive PI. I've never had hard flaccid and don't really understand it but I think your flaccid gets like really tough and it's maybe kind of painful. Not really sure though.

I got that week 1. In week two, my penis seems to be in a constant state of shrinkage, except after I pee, when it looks normal. My part-way boners are not as flexible as they were, and feel a bit stiff even though I am not fully erect.
Based on the symptoms, I believe my PC muscles were pushed too much, and are constricted a lot at the moment. This may be in response to over-working, or the hernia... maybe even both, since I believe the hernia was brought on by the overworked PC muscles (reverse kegels are essentially the same motion as peeing or pooing, and I first felt the hernia immediately after some serious constipated pushing)
I feel a light, but sharp pain at the top of my penis, near the pelvic bone.
my penis seems to be better when I am sitting, and it is hard to pee/poo (PC muscle relaxing is difficult), unless I am sitting, during which it is still hard, but easier than standing. I am assuming my hernia is connected to all of this. Do hard flaccids frequently tie into issues with PC muscles and kegels?

Not sure, I'm assuming your issues are more associated with your injuries though.

If so, I will probably have to do a fair bit of work on reverse kegels and PC muscle relaxation. Sort of a recovery therapy thing...
