I've been manual stretching and jelqing for well over a year now and have seen good gains, but I really want to start adding on. I used to quickly dismiss Hanging and Clamping, as it always looked really dangerous. I'm starting to come around, though. I know there are articles on this site about the two, but nothing is condensed and I'd prefer an 'expert' tell me in his own words. My questions for hanging are: What is the best hanger to buy? It adds length + girth? Clamping I'm still kind of confused about. Could I combine the two?
