Been doing PE for a while now, about 2 1/2 years. It seams it not growing anymore.I when down to a less intense but everyday routine(20min jelq) a while ago, but guess that one was not
intense enough... So now I've gone back to my previous workouts like 40-60 every day but one day off.
Now, I read hear about shocking the unit. I've been doing regular jelqs everyday,
and do stretches whenever I can. I target mostly girth, I want to shock the unit,
or trick it would be a better word, so how can I do this, any good exercise for it?
