Hey guys. Over the years, I have discovered that heat is THE most important ingredient in successful PE bar none. A little background.
The last time I was in college, I would combine PE with showering (will detail that in a bit). I found out that as long as I had prolonged, intense heat to work with, I was gaining. Well, things went sour and I had to go home. At home, my parents had time limits for showers so the hot water wasn't used up so I contented myself with a cup of hot water before PE. I was home nearly a year and submerging my penis and balls in a cup of hot water before PE. I don't think it was enough because during my time home (remember, nearly a year), I can't say that I made any appreciable gains.
Well, fast-forward, and now I'm at a Job Corps and once again in a dorm setting and guess what, I'm seeing results again because I'm combining PE with showering.
I like to call this the two phase PE warmup. To do it, shower as you normally would and make sure the water is fairly hot. Be sure also that while you shower, your penis is exposed to plenty of hot water. Once you are done washing, take a cup and fill it with the hottest water you can stand. Put your penis and balls in it and hold it up to your pubic bone to create a seal. Hold for 5 minutes. Get out, dry off, and PE as you normally would. In this way, your penis has prolonged exposure to hot water during the shower, and then it gets even hotter when you use the cup. It is EXTREMELY effective.

I do a two phase heating process as well!
I do a hot wrap for about 10 minutes and then go heat up a rice sock. I then start my stretches (the JP90 basic) but I then use the rice sock in between sets.
I do this, like you, because I have read and seen the benefits of prolonging heat exposure during a workout!
