Thread: why am I gaining base girth only?!

    to start off,im not complaining about making a gain,however I seem to only be gaining at the base rather than further down my shaft and at the glans.. Im just over 4mths into pe and ive gained .1" girth at my glans but at the base ive grown .35".

    because of the "treetrunk" shape lol, condom fitment is not ideal..

    Any tips on how to gain girth further up the shaft,at the glands etc rather than at the base?

    My routine atm is 5min warmup in shower 10mins downward jelqs @ 80%ish erect.
    At night 5-10min warmup with rice sock,10-15min stretches (out down left right) and a stretchs.

    That's not much of a disparity. It's only a .25 difference. I just measured after 2 months and I had a .75 gain in BEG and a .25 in MEG. I say be happy in any gains no matter where they appear!

    Is there a chance you are pulling a lot of skin when you PE? If you are, over time it's possible for that skin from the pubic area and scrotum to stretch and be pulled up the penis shaft. Many men report this as "base girth gains". I don't know why, the penis itself is not getting more girth, the skin is just moving up the shaft. I know that's been the case for me anyway. The evidence being, I have much more hair farther up my penis than before I began PE.

    One main reason is that when you have an erection the base is the area which gets moved around for various positions so the overall membrane thickness is less than the rest of the shaft which would make sense or the penis could get some serious injury. The lesser fibers you have to deal with the faster it will grow and expand. Simple physics for you.

    yep your right but atm I have a 1.25" girth difference between the base and the glans.

    Malehanger- I dont pull much skin when jelqing but I do abit with the stretches.i know what ur saying and when I measure my base girth I measure about 1" from the fat pad.

    The base area is much more flexible when hard then the rest of the shaft because it has a thinner layer of corpus caverosums to allow the shaft to move when hard therefore having less fiber density. The less fibers that have to be torn, the faster it will grow. Therefore, it goes to reason that that base will grow faster in new fibers than the rest of the penile shaft.

    ^ now I understand. Thank you.I guess with more time I should get the growth where I want it, atm im kind of hoping my base girth doesnt increase any further..im pretty sure my routine isnt targetting the base specifically.

    Have you tried clamping? I think most of my girth gains have come from clamping. Since it compresses the base and squeezes blood into the rest of your dick, I should think it's likely to cause at least as much growth in the middle and end than at the base. In fact I have a very slight 'baseball bat' effect going on (about 0.2" thicker in the mid-shaft than at the base) which I think is probably a result of clamping.

    But it's not a beginner's exercise, so approach with caution and take it easy to start with.

    This is a great reason to hold the skin on the base of your dick in place. I don't really like having hair growing up my shaft, a little is ok, but it really belongs back where the pubes are.
