The engine thing has encouraged me a hell of a lot. I should really bury any scientific queries I have and just crack on; I'm treating this all like a big experiment, as I said before, it will help me stay motivated treating it like that.
Also, you were talking about tissue staying where it is past stretching, what was your breaking point gain? As in, if one was to gain 1 inch in length after 3 months and then stop completely, would they lose all that inch or 0.5/0.25 of that inch due to it's lack of being 'cemented'? I'm guessing there must be some sort of routine used purely for cementing the most recent gain..."Don't knock masturbation, it's sex with someone I love."

I'm a thinker too. I applaud your research. For me I took a few days researching and about a week reading the forums. I felt comfortable with the people here and because they weren't trying to sell me anything I was convinced it was legit. So I decided to take it real slow and be gentle and see where it took me.

I'm still going to be researching and planning my full routine, diet, time-making etc. between now and the 1st April... maybe I'll change it to the 2nd, because it's a Monday. I'm going to start the diet 2 weeks before the start of April... Anyway, I'm not going to bore you with that: I'm basically just getting the background elements down before cracking on with the routine. My life will revolve around PE in those 3 months, of course still working and writing, but with a lot of my focus on PE.

Don't have to go crazy about pe, just do jp90 routine 45min each time you do you're routine and that's all you need. Being super crazy about it and thinking a diet will help you gain faster won't. Also you may or may not even gain at all in those 3 months like some don't doesn't mean you're doing something wrong(but it can) just everyone gains at a different rate and by different exercises.

You are certainly one of the more cynical moderators, haha. Nothing wrong with that though.
I'm not improving my diet to help my gains directly, I'm adding green tea, honey and ginger purely to help circulation, which will aid my gains, not necessarily make a huge difference. Plus, there's no harm in it. I'm definitely not going near some supplements that have been suggested. Too much Lysine can be toxic and there are a lot of other vitamins and supplements with side effects. I'm psychologically psyching myself up. The more I read and the more I anticipate will get me more and more passionate about starting my routine and sticking with it. I am a very organised person too, I like having my pathway set out in front of me in the form of notes and plans. I really do want to start up, but 2nd April is now my 'climatic beginning', haha. I'm also starting AP90 on that date, as well as JP90. I'm calling it JAP90! Mind you, that sounds like a compilation album for 90s Japanese Pop Music...

Good post. One thing though thats probaly already been mentioned. A glass of wine a day has been proven in many many studies to be beneficial to your health. This is generally accepted as fact, including with in the medical community.
