Thread: "Casual" Kegels

I was wondering, these obviously don't count as actual kegels, but does tensing the pelvic floor muscles without the penis tug help at all? Ever since I've been reading up here and after trying a few kegels, I've been instinctively tensing my PC muscles when I've been somewhat inactive. Like when I'm watching TV or on the bus. Surely, this must have some effect on EQ?

The front kegel is the penis tug and there's also back kegel that's more behind the sack to the anus, both will aid with EQ but don't over do it, it's still a muscle.

Well if it kind of feels like you're sucking in your anus then that's a back kegel.

People normally do both at the same time before they can target the front and back, the front feels like when you stop your pee stream it feels almost like your sucking your penis into the body, and the rear kegel feels more like you're sucking in your anus.
