  • Anyone have a kegel reverse kegel routine?

    What would a well balanced kegel/reverse kegel routine look like? Days on/off? And could someone explain how to reverse kegel properly? Is it simply the same sensation as peeing faster? Should I feel it in my pc or just my penis? Any help is greatly appreciated.
    Starting 3-10-12

    23 minutes of 1 sec flexes

    3 30 sec holds
    1 hold as long as you can

    5 mins of reverse k's (5-10 sec each and 3-5 sec break in between)
    Hold 1 at the end for as long as possible

    Pretend for the reverse one's you are trying to pee/fart. That is the idea anyway. When you stop your reverse k you should feel a little tingle in your penis bc of the increased blood flow.

    I do mon-fri

    Your penis should feel tired at the end of this. Should take 30 minutes to do all of it. I do mine at work.

      Doing 1380 1 second flexes is excessive

      And your kegel to RK ratio is very unbalanced, the workload is too high for a beginner as well...

          i do a routine every second day combined with edging. It helps me focus better as well cause the structure is dynamic and meditative. Ill call it a 10 second kegel ladder?

          1sec K; 1sec RK;
          2sec K; 2sec RK;
          3sec K; 3sec RK;
          4sec K; 4sec RK;
          5sec K; 5sec RK;
          6sec K; 6sec RK;
          7sec K; 7sec RK;
          8sec K; 8sec RK;
          9sec K; 9sec RK;
          10sec K; 10sec RK;
          20 alternating 1sec K and RK then reverse the order
          10sec K; 10sec RK;
          9sec K; 9sec RK;
          8sec K; 8sec RK;
          7sec K; 7sec RK;
          6sec K; 6sec RK;
          5sec K; 5sec RK;
          4sec K; 4sec RK;
          3sec K; 3sec RK;
          2sec K; 2sec RK;
          1sec K; 1sec RK;
          20 alternating 1sec K and RK then reverse the order

          Repeat the ladder as necessary. Focus on full Kegels and Reverse Kegels - dont count until the kegel is fully engage (if that makes sense). With the quick 20 it helps to breath in and out with each alternation.

              I do 50x3 of reverse and incline kegels with 10 second hold every other day. But it does take time to build them and not overdo them (they don't need power lifting and are fairly minute in size).
              Begin 7/25/2011:
              NBPEL 7, BPEL 7.2, MEG 5.6, BEG 6

              Current 12/05/2014:
              FL 5.25, FG 5.2

                I can balloon as long as i want without any IKs but as soon as i masturbate i cant control the IKs, i do reverse kegels and pelvic floor stretching. anyone has any suggestions?
