So I have a very low Loss Of Tug (about 7 o' clock) and today I learned that my lig gains are very limited because of this. After some research it seems that I will benefit the most from upward stretching to stretch the tunica. Here is what I am wondering. I am currently doing the beginner 90 day routine and I'm like a month in. I haven't made any gains yet but my EQ has definitely improved. I feel like some of the stretches I'm doing are going to waste since my LOT is so low and I want to focus more on tunica stretching. What do you guys recommend for a guy like me and how long should tunica stretches be?
