V jelq question

When I V jelq am I suppose to have my fingers making contact with the sides of my penis ? Cause when I V jelq, my penis turns and I end up having my index on the bottom of my penis, and my middle on the top of my penis. Is this way of doing it wrong ?

Just have your penis laying on your stomach and straight and curl your fingers and have a lot of lube and go straight up so if it starts to curl you will be in control of it. You put it between your middle and ring finger.

One more question though. When I do it how you said, my grip feels weak and my glands don't fill up with blood like they usually do when I do a normal ok grip jelq. Are V jelqs supposed to fill the glands with as much blood as normal jelqs ?
