Perhaps you should decide whether your body or your dick takes precedence. I average at least 4 hours a day/night doing PE work for past two years. I have gained at least 1/2 inch in penile length and girth but also gained 25 pounds and 1 inch in waist size. I am married, however, so my concentration is centered on my dick and not attracting girls.
That's the same reason I basically stopped PE a couple months ago, I found it was taking up too much time. When I started again I decided to just do like 30 minutes a day and do it for as many days in a row until my dick got tired and then I'd take two days off. It worked well for me.
good advice - Since I am married (20 yr) the PE is for me. I am not looking to get 'big' just for me, locker room, self confidence, grower vs, shower. I too have gain 10 lbs since December and my PE is taking over my reg workout time. I'd rather be fit then hung (I know other will disagree)
I'll try the split, break up manual stretch vs pumping, and not PE unless I have worked out that day or the day before.
I find it to be much more convenient, and theoretically it could even be beneficial as the tissues are given less time to recover between sessions
I'll have to try this out because I'm going to be doing an everyday routine. It takes about an hour, so I have to get up at 6. Once I start lifting, I'll have even less time. I could spend 30 mins doing half of a PE workout and 30 mins lifiting.
So Padawan, when you split your workouts, what exactly do you split? Something like jelqing in the morning and stretching at night?
