So I did a search on squeezes and never got a sense of any consensus. I understand how to perform all of them and that they can be dangerous if not properly conditioned but my question is duration. Some people say to do short holds with high numbers of reps while others advocate long holds.
Post your opinions and if you have had success doing them a certain way please share.
I currently hold my ULIs for 30 seconds and work my way up to more time as the session progresses. The same goes for my squeezes. I haven't tried others because I'm waiting to get more hours under my belt and because I want to give the ULIs and squeezes some time so I can measure the results.
