  • Method for Most Length Gains

I was just curious what the most length people have gained using basic manual stretches vs more advanced length exercises such as hanging, bundled stretches, etc.

I'm approaching 7.5 BPFSL, and I've just recently gone up over 7.0 BPEL. I measured 7.1 BPEL after a workout last week. However this is around where I typically plateau and I have a hard time gaining after that. My typical pre-workout measurements are 6.9 BPEL, 7.3-7.4 BPFSL.

My girth has grown nearly 1/4 inch in the past month, so I feel like I've been making quite a bit of progress on that front. I feel confident that I can continue to make gains in girth, but I lack confidence when it comes to gaining length.
