Ok so when I clamp ( or stretch out ) my penis when it's erect, it grows at little over half an inch. What exercises can I do to make this extra length permanent for my erect penis.

The tried-and-true methods include manual stretches, extenders, and hanging. Lots of vets would tell you that they accomplished notable length gains doing primarily jelqing. No one can tell you which method(s) would best suit you. If you are new to PE, then choose one of the beginner routines and stick with it for the recommended time (usually 90 days) to help condition your tissues.
This is a process of tiny increments of growth (hopefully!) accumulated over a long period of time. Learn to love the process, and don't obsess over measurements. Keep your erectile quality as the overarching priority at all times.Wood is good!
