  • is it alright to add edging ?

    I am just starting off and am 2 weeks into JP90 routine. In the routine it says to be careful not to over train and that in PE less is more. But Iv read from many saying that they have had great length gains when adding edging to their routine. Since length is my primary goal I am thinking of doing the same. Would anyone be able to let me know if it is beneficial for me to add the edging into my routine or would it effect my gains ?

    That is fine. You can try it directly after a workout (as the warm down, or after. Either is fine).
    If you notice fatigue, then try it a few hours after your workout.
    If you still notice it, then don't do it until you're more conditioned.

        I think edging is so beneficial to gains that it deserves a separate much longer session, later in the day or at night.

          Edging does more than help in gains but also if done right can help you last longer in the sack as well. Training your body to control ejaculations takes time but very beneficial. Edging is an art to master with good kegelling techniques.

            i like go edge right after when i have time because i get so horny from my PE session that I dont need porn or any stimulation and I can put on a hour long tv show and edge. great warm down too. careful though, although edging seems to be regarded by most as beneficial, simple, and highly recommended, it is powerful. I am convinced that the overtraining/injury i sustained was from too much PE with edging and sex. edging should take a while, and then you can have sex for longer, which really tires your dick out.

              Alright. So ill give it a try and if I seem to be over training then Ill perform edging further down the line
