Thread: My loss is my gain

For the last 6 months I have been dieting and working out like a madman and have lost about 30lbs. I went from a tight size 36 waist to now a loose 34 so the fat loss has been significant. Of course my Pe has be just as consistent but without any major gains. I have been hanging for 4 months now and am up to 16lbs comfortably. I finally measured last night and my bpel was the same at 7.0" exactly, but to my surprise, my nbel has gone up from 6.3" to 6.5" which makes sense considering how much weight I lost. My fat pad is definitely smaller now. So for those of you who could use to lose a few pounds I hope this is as motivational for you as it has been for me. My short term goal for the first year of hanging was to reach nbel of 7" so now I am only .5" away from that goal and since my hanging gains haven't really started to show yet I am hopeful that I can reach this goal sooner now that I have reduced my fat pad. I think I can still lose some more fat pad too so maybe I need to focus on bpel gains for hanging since the nbel is changing due to fat loss. I guess that would mean my goal is probably to be 7.5" bpel at the end of the year I can't wait to be able to report in the success forum as I have been doing Pe for over a year now and haven't gained much but I am more motivated then ever now.

crunch, I definitely am a hard gainer so hopefully you will respond to hanging better than I do, but at the same time it has only been 4 months I think if I don't see any gains after a year then I will have to try something else or just give up on length and focus on girth. I'm guessing at this point that I'm one of those lucky ones with a three or more layered tunica and ligs of steel lol, but I remain optimistic for the time being.

crunch and pump it. Im a hard gainer too i swear my dick is made of steel, i have to beat him up to even get him to respond. But he is responding it can be mind numbingly painful/irritating but im "growing". I mean it is going to take me longer to hit my goals then most, but I got all the time in the world and its going to grow.
don't give up just because the going gets tough or you experiance a stagnant point in the middle of training cuz think about it a year isn't that much time and if you give it a couple you'll be where you want to be you just gotta grind it out. I plan on it taking me atleast another 2-3years for me too hit my goal. Now my goal is only adding about an inch. SO thats not to much growth per year. But the way i see it I can either train or stop training but regardless those- 2-3 years are gonna pass and i know how happy ill be at the end of that time when my goal is reached vs if i quit.

Discipline777- Thanks! My goal is about the same (just close to an inch). I just think that with over a year put in by last year or something, and the past few months since restarting, I'd at least see something lengthwise. Pumping is making it look good now, but I feel like it's fake gains or a bunch of fluid. I'm hoping part of it is from the manual stuff and the pump is just jump starting something, but only time will tell.
I can just see you and me in a few years: two quitters, walking around with our giant all-girth coffee can dicks.
