It has been 3,5 months (18 december '11 till today 1st april '12).
I have been really committed to PE, even overtrained at a time and took a 2 week break.
Yesterday I decided to finally re-meassure, I know it can take a long time before gains so that's why I waited that long.
But I really felt bigger :P
My stats are exactly the same except:
bpl .1 Inch "increased"
Girth below tip .1 Decrease
Girth at base .1 increase
But those are most likely meassurement errors.
I did get a slightly higher EQ, but it was already high to start with.
My training: 2 days on,1 off, 2 days on, 2 off
12 min warm-up
10 basic stretching
12 min jelq
Any advice, should I continue, other excercises, JP 90?
Anything is welcome at this point :/

UV's are the best my dear, once you master them I don't think you really need anything else, and as you can vary as you like pressure and erection level you can always use them to progress, whatever the time you have done PE. I think you should also incorporate 20 minutes edging at the end of all your sessions, after you've have widened your penis with UV's, I guess to make maximum gains it makes sense to fill it as with much as you can with blood!
Surely some will recommend you other useful exercises.

The key to continued gains is slow and steady tissue deformation. Just doing a standard workout and hoping for gains is probably not going to be enough.
You now need to focus on creating more stress and then manage the resulting soreness. I am in the "more is more" camp of thinking because I never gained anything without creating soreness in my skin, ligs, and tunica.
So, you have some conditioning, now it is time to determine what PE method fits best with your available time and privacy.
It would be best for you to read through the Article's on different devices and see which one(s) sounds interesting to you.

- just...an inch away.
Something to keep in mind is that sometimes gain don't begin to materialize until several months after adopting a routine. Sprinkled around in the archives here and elsewhere are accounts of just such a phenomenon. Why? Who knows, but then that's true of pretty much everything in PE.
So, you might choose to continue on the same course for a few more months with your current workout, with a focus on getting as good as possible with your techniques (jelqing is kind of an art form). Of course, you want to be sure of accurate and consistent measurement form. I really practiced getting good bone-pressed hard-on measures at the beginning--really wanted to know that gains were or weren't happening. It was frustrating reading others' reports that although they didn't really measure at the start, they were *pretty sure* they had gains and so they knew that PE was legit. When you are trying to demonstrate, to yourself or others, that the *impossible* can in fact be done, then you need a reliable way of doing so.
If instead you want to make changes to your routine, be sure to do so in a gradual manner. You should be pretty well conditioned to introductory PE workouts, but that doesn't mean you can leap right into the extreme stuff. The health of your penis supersedes all else in PE.
I don't have an inspiring story to tell. Got some newbie gains when I started late in 2007. At six months had an injury that put me off PE completely for four years. I did not stop thinking that PE was bogus, but instead because I thought I was too fragile for the workouts. I'm back in the saddle again with a newbie workout (JP90). What I do want to tell you is that the gains I acquired four years ago are still with me. In the past I have said I'd pulled out an honest 1/2 inch length--that's my safe and conservative number. The truth is that with best wood I really sit at 3/4 inch more bone-pressed length, and I'm loving it. And, it is definitely not an artifact of better EQ. I really do have more business end on my business end. It was not easy.
My gains came fairly early, then came to a halt. Hit the wall, so to speak. Happens often. The latter part of my PE run incorporated additional reps or time doing what I'd already been doing (jelqs and manual stretches), then out of the blue, at six months, injured myself mid-jelq. Wasn't doing anything crazy (insane 100s of jelq reps, like some do). Figured, as usual, that I was simply cursed, but at least had got something out of it. The real surprise was in retaining those gains permanently. Now that I'm back at PE, I'm being more mindful in the process, and most focused on going for best EQ (not young anymore). Every jelq and stretch are a practice in concentration on form. My jelqs are very slow--at least 5 seconds. Some demos show a much faster stroke, but I am staying away from that because a quicker stroke was what I was using when the injury occurred. I really do prefer the slow jelq--got a bigger flaccid hang straight away. I believe it is safer, assuming a proper grip intensity. Only time, and lots of it, will tell if more gains are in store for me. For sure, experience shows that I won't be an easy gainer, and I don't dwell too much on joining the exclusive 2-inch Club. Just want what I can get safely.
Good luck! Give it time to work, and learn to love the process.Wood is good!

@popol5169 I will try the edging and UV's thanks for the advice
@PEWarrior2011 I'm not in the "more is more" camp also the only device I'll be using is my hand. But I will be putting more stress on, in a safe manner of course.
@Handcramp: Thanks for the extensive reply, I will take the form and longer duration of jelqs into my next session. I think we are on the same page, don't need miracles every little increase is great. Also no need to rush, enough time

I think you should up the ante on your jelqs, and maybe go more than 2 days without rest? me personally I go 4-5 days then 1-2 of rest, and during my rest time I take extensive warm baths, use warm wraps, and rub soothing oils onto my hotdog, every week I will go up by 40 reps on all exercises. If something is a miss, take an extended rest, and go back 40. It is trial and error at first my man, handcramp is very correct, jelqing is an art form, it took me half a year to get my technique down perfectly and correctly.
And yo hand, I feel you on the quick jelqs, I used to be shooting down my shaft like speedy gonzalez, but I got gains real fast like that, .4" in length in 1 month. That was back in the day though, slower is better, it may even slow down the gains, but it is thorough, and even though you may not gain as fast, your penis gets tougher faster. The veins get stronger and cord-like, and the skin will get thicker.( I have never recorded my progress, but I have never forgotten where I started. )
