these last 2 months my daily program is really heavy and can hardly make any room for any PE...I just do it when I have time nowadays.
and I'm asking,
if I do it for maximum 4-5 days per week but not follow any specific weekly schedule(by that I mean something like 3/2 or 4/1) will I see any results or am I just kidding myself here?
if that sounds too confusing,here's an example,
monday I could do it
tuesday I couldn't
wednesday I couldn't
thursday I could do it
friday I could do it
saturday I couldn't
sunday I could do it
but it's not like that every week....the days I have time for it are pretty random since my schedule is so demanding and no,"if you want it bad enough,you'll make time for it" doesn't apply here.
will there be any results if I keep going like that?
