What is it and how do I apply it to my edging routine ? Does doing it make you last longer or what ? What's the point of it cause I have no idea how it would help during an edging session ? Does it help to have mmo's ?

By doing kegels while you're erect instead of flaccid.

Kegels work the Pubococcygeus Muscle, or PC muscle. Doing kegels improves erection quality, how long your erection will last, it also helps with your stamina during sex, and is one of the most mildest, next to edging, forms of PE, kegeling contracts the PC muscle, and forces blood into the penis, it is a good warm up, good to do on your break days to keep your penis conditioned, you can also do it when you jelq, say you finished a stroke, and you start the second one, as you grab the base, and start going up, kegel to force more blood in to make the work out a higher intensity work out and to keep that erection going for the rest of your work out, although I would not suggest doing that if you are a beginner in PE, if you are leave kegels and and other exercises separate for now.
You can apply it to your edging routine, by edging, masturbating until you are about to come, let the semi-climax roll over, and as it is dying away, kegel. This helps with sustaining a great EQ over time, and your own control over your penis according to stamina :P also helps mildly via enlargement of the penis, note mildly, maybe for some it has been a great benefit for PE though
You should always kegel, it is the cardio that goes hand in hand with the jelqing ( the lifting :P ).( I have never recorded my progress, but I have never forgotten where I started. )
