    Hey guys,

    I've been PE'in back and forth for many years, but never been really devoted. Figured in October 2011, I'd try to be passionate and strict about it.

    This is my current routine. It has evolved from doing JP'90, but with a bit faster escalation.

    - 10min warm-up with rice sock
    - 4 rounds of stretches; Two normal and two bundled. 30 sec in each direction; straight out, left, right, up, down, A-stretch down. (takes about 18min to complete)
    - 4 quick rounds of helicopter stretch (5sec on the round each stretch)
    - 10min of jelq
    - 10min pump (3-3,5hg)
    - 10min clamp (I clamp with an adjustable cock ring)
    - Afterwards I either warm down, wrap it up (to prevent turtling) or do nothing but some easy jelquing and helicopter shakes to get JR back up.
    - I've gotten into the habit of doing the fowfer (??)-stretch everytime I go to bed, or when I'm snoozing in the morning

    My current stats is 6,7 BPEL (6 NPEL) and 5,35EG at the root, and 5,23EG midshaft, and when I started in October I was 6,4 BPEL, and probably 5,1 EG.
    First question out is what you guys would say about this routine. I'd say its a bit too long, but still good. I takes a minimum of an hour to 1h10m, and if I want to do everything perfectly (as in using porn to get the perfect erection level at all times during stretch/jelq), it would get up to a 1h20m. I feel this is a bit too long, which some days when I'm late home from school (grad student, sometimes at school until 1am) causes me to "Ahh, I don't bother today".

    I'm always tired in my penis after doing it (sleepy as a total). I would have to wank up an erection with help from porno if I want to get a hard one. Maybe I'm overdoing something?

    So far I'm up to 78 days of PE on those total 189 days to today. I wish it whould have been more, but whenever I go home or my GF comes here, I naturally don't get to do anything, so its more in intervals. 3 weeks on with 3on1off, then 1 week off. My GF knows about PEgym, but she gets mad when I'm talking about it. She says I have a perfectly big penis, that does not need to be any bigger. I believe her, our sex life is great, but I know she's been with both huge (and petite) guys earlier. She clearly said that the biggest ones would feel better, once she was completely horny, but if she was just in the mood for a quick one, the biggest would only hurt. I would want to be somewhere in the middle there, getting a 7x6. My future struggle is thinking about convincing her "This is something I want to do, and I'm going to watch porn and whack my dick around for 1h30m every day". The time spent is therefore something I'm considering lowering.

    I'm also struggling a bit to get a good grip when doing stretches, without hurting the head. I'm not circumcised, so I feel that my foreskin is sometimes in the way. I use the OK-grip behind the glans/head, but if there's not enough blood in the head, it'll just shrink and crunch towards my hand. If I force blood into the head and then lock, it feels as if I'm going to explode my head when stretching hard. I try to get the perfect amount of blood in, but its not always easy.

    Before I write myself away here.
    - How much time do you guys spend on your daily routine?
    - Have anyone of you met any of the "obstacles" I'm stating above here?

    I'd be happy for any response at all, both questions, answers and comments.

    I usually do my routine when i have spare time which lasts anywhere from 45 mins to a little less than 2 hours. Also you should really try to not watch porn when you do this.

      Seems to me like you have a scheduling problem and an efficiency problem.

      First you've got to schedule a chunk of time (or even divide it into 2 sessions) such that you can do PE almost every time a session is planned. You're a grad student. You're busy. But if you want this, you can be strict with your time management and get work done.

      If it works for you, do your stretches in the morning, and your other work in the evening. Your warm up can be a morning warm shower, and a warm wash cloth while you shave/brush your teeth/put on deodorant etc. Sure, you still have to warm up, but it'll take place during your normal morning routine anyway. If you can make 18 minutes a few mornings per week, there's your stretching right off the bat.

      Part 2 is making your routine more efficient. You're throwing a slew of different techniques at your penis: jelqing, pumping and clamping. What's working, and what is not? You've got to find out what exercises work for you and prioritize them in your routine. I believe that you can get a better workout in less time if you pick the right exercises and perform them correctly and consistently!


      As far as your goals, 6" is pretty thick, considering the fact that your girlfriend already says she's happy with your 5.23 MEG. If she's had over 6 before, I understand why you perceive 6" MEG to be a median, but statistically that girth is waay on the upper end. I'm not trying to interfere with your goals, just pointing out the stats.
