I was so sad to look down at the ruler and realize I haven't gained even an 8th of an inch in the past three months this has been my routine so far
15-25 min warm up with rice sock
10 minutes of stretching ( left, right, out, and up) and internal stretches
20 minutes of erect jelqs with a few uli's
5 minute testicle message/testicle jeqs
15-20 minutes of edging (sometimes i do this sometimes I skip it)
15-20 minute warm down
5 days on 2 days off
any feed back on how to optimize my routine for both length and girth gains would be appreciated

The warmup is good. The stretching time looks about right which should take 10-15 minutes. How many jelgs do you do per set (alternating hands)? Also, how much pressure to you use on the jelg and erection level? Another thing that you might consider is that you may need to change to more intense PE. Given that you are not a beginner (right?) then I would tell you to give supra's a try. Have you grown any since you began PE at all?Begin 7/25/2011:

I have a similar PE workout and time available.
Routines are all very well, but I would try varying your workout and trying some new things and higher intensity. Perhaps fewer but higher intensity jelqs, or give your self a week off now and again.
I think PE is similar to any other exercise in that you need to give your body a challenge or a change in routine to make a step change and force the body to adapt. Just doing the exact same routine will mean you maintain what you have.
Have you tried bundled stretches?
I find Uli very good. You don't need to do many either, so good use of time. I wait until I've finished jelk though.
Maybe split your exercises and try some more later for variety?
I'm still adjusting to get the best jelq: getting the right erection level and intensity takes practice.
Are you getting a pink top half when you jelq? If not you need to be harder or squeeze a bit more.
I found that by overdoing it and getting the red spots, you find out what your limit is. Find that and then back off a little, that's where you want to be I think. (Be careful finding your limit though).
