I think dry jelqs are good but I personally only do them in between hanging to restore bloodflow and haven't done them alone.
Dry jelqs feel a bit more intense than wet jelqs in my opinnion.
I'm glad that your responding to dry jelqs so well.

I dry Jelq with one hand, never had a problem with it, and I don't seem to lose blood. You don't have to have the second hand secure before you remove the first, just use Kegels at the right time.
