So after 4 days of massive work out, my head is all worn out. I've got spots far worse than the normal red dots. Looks like grazes, from when u fall off ur bike or something. But is not due to excessive scratching, or maybe it is, its because of the ok grip. I'm struggling to get a perfect grip. Here's what I do: Keegle some blood into penis. Make the OK-grip just behind the head, so that the "fish-hook shoulder"/tip of it supports my fingers around.. Often when I stretch I see the head shrink, and sort of press backwords and get caught compressed in the grip. Not good.
How do you do the OK-grip, when it comes to exactly ON the penis ur holding it. When stretching, do you grip and stretch right behind the head, so that the head is sort of the "plug" that stops the penis from running through the grip, or do you stretch say 1/2 inch behind the head, so that the head is untouched? I'm not circumcised, and have my foreskin intact, but I pull it back when gripping. Somebody do it different?
This annoyed me a lot today, as I now have to take a plural of days off to rest properly..

- just...an inch away.
Four days of 'massive' workouts is not good. You are a beginner, right? Slow way down, study the hell out of the JP90 suggested routine and all warnings and recommendations for newbies. Never forget--when you are holding your cock, that thing in your hand is irreplaceable. Treat it like it is when doing PE.
You're bursting capillaries left-and-right. Way too intense! Lighten up, and plan on spending lots of time just learning how to hold, how to jelq, just refine the details of your techniques in general. You have a long time horizon in front of you. I know you want it all right now, that's normal, but you won't get it that fast. None of us do.
Try making your stretching grip further behind the glans. Where your glans meets the shaft is known as the "sulcus", by the way. With a little blood kegeled in, you should easily be able to get some of it 'captured' between the sulcus and your OK grip. Now gently work on building your tension/pull for the stretch.
Always try to stay off the glans itself. Particularly on you guys with a natural penis, the glans surface is not skin. It is better described as a mucosal surface, as is the inner foreskin. Very delicate stuff, and loaded with sexually sensitive nerve endings. Be jealously protective of that.
I know it's difficult, but start off with a light routine, and only gradually ramp things up. Some impressive gains have been had by long term application of modest routines (search for member posts by PESG).
Rest up, and good luck!Wood is good!

I grip about an inch below the tip, basically the circumcision scar, sometimes lower if I was lotioned up before or plan for a really long stretch. The tip itself has so many nerve endings and every book or post Ive read says NEVER pull directly from it. I dont jelq all the way that high either, even at low erection levels.09
girth 5.5 in
BPEL -7.5 in
NBPEL - 6,8 in
NBPEL- 8In (9.5 the max)
Girth- 6in max

Thanks for replies, guys.
Handcramp, I'm not a beginner. Have done PE on/off since 2006, and I've definitely worked on the different grips throughout. Both jelq and OK-grip. Never been really devoted though, kept going for a couple of months and then quit. I October last year I started fully again, and I've developed my routine slowly. A bit faster than JP90, but still not rushing. During all my periods of PE I've gained 0.6 inch in length, but ready for more now.
Further, I must admit I was lying in the last post. It had been 3 days on, 1 day off, and then 1 on again. And usually a 3on1off routine has worked pretty well for me.
But through the years it has been the OK that has been bothering me. The sulcus that you're talking about, I've never read about before, thats the sensible area right behind the head? Interesting. That's were the donut ring appear if over pumping (happened once, never again hehe). I've tried different methods, eg using clothing/bandage to wrap up. For a long time I used the comfort "foam" that followed the jesextender until it broke, but now I'm down to only using hands.
As soon as I heal up, I’ll try to move the grip backwards. So basically what you’re saying is, if we go from the head and downward the penis: Head - sulcus area – 1-2cm – OK-grip – shaft..? I’ve been gripping the sulcus all this time.
