Hey guys, I just needed some insight from y'all regarding my current routine. I'm mainly looking to add length. So far what my routine consists of is warm up stretches, 60 Ok-Grip jelqs of 6 sets, and recently extending for 6 hours a day. I have been PEing for approximately 1.5 months consistently. As far as physiological indicators, my glans are a tad bit sore, nothing uncomfortable. Actually, I only feel the soreness if I squeeze the head, and even at that its nothing much. Also, when I started extending, the first few days my EQ shot up to a 10 and I was also much more easily aroused (both of which I'm not used to). However, I seemed to have returned to normal. Moreover, there is slight redness on my shaft from extending.
I can't exactly tell if I made any gains. My flaccid is definitely fuller. As far as erect length, some days I'm nearly 3/4" longer, other days I'm at normal length.
My concerns are, am I overtraining/undertraining? Did I increase the intensity too fast? I'm looking forward to hanging once I condition myself a bit more. Do you think stretching is going to help me with length gains even if I'm already extending? Are there any suggestions for exercises for increasing length?Better to die quick,

As long as your PIs are good I would think you are OK, you are not new to PE so I am guessing your conditioned. you say that you have been going for a month and a half, did you take a break? I think if you have been doing PE since you joined but then just took a break you should be fine. The better EQ for the firs week may be due to the refreshed feeling of introducing some strain to your main vein.
Strtching should definately haelp you with gains and I would try extending for a while before hanging just so you can monitor each individual response to each new exercise. Once you know what you can do with multiple routines then you would consider combining them. I could be wrong but in my opinion I would hang or extend, they are both going to be time consuming so just go with one, I wouldnt want PE to take all my time.
