I'm looking for tips on how to become the complete opposite of this thread title.
Current FL (4.5 inches)
Current EL (6.5 inches)
Basically I would like to add 1.5 inches to both (FL & EL).
Goal FL (6 inches)
Goal EL (8 inches)
To make a long thread short...my question is what exercises will target my FL? I can't seem to find any information on how to increase my FL and I spent hours online searching lol.

4.5 FL is already a shower. Try LAS'es and anyother kind of streatches.Start(11.24.11) BPEL 6 7/8 EG 4 7/8

Is there a 'proper' definition of what a shower is? Is it that you start flaccid at a certain percentage of your erect size or is it being over a certain flaccid size no matter how big it gets?Starting stats (12/10/2011)

I have never used an extender, but my impression is that long term extender users seem to have had success at this 'transformation'.
I am a confirmed grower, & whilst my manual stretching has made me much more of a shower - the old grower ways are always lurking in the background, ready to disappoint me.Vulcan

I don't really get why people want to become showers? Isn't being a grower a lot more impressive when you're with a girl?
I was a grower before starting PE (4.3 flaccid to 7 hard) and am now more of a shower (5,5 flaccid to 7.8 hard) and that bugs me... When a girl sees my penis she thinks it's huge and believes it's gonna get even bigger... and girls are always a bit disappointed to see it "only" grows to under 8 inches hard...)
Plus, when you're in the shower at the gym, other guys are looking at your penis (and that makes me uncomfortable).

My personal experience is that the manual techniques in a popular beginner's routine--the 'JP90'--lead to fuller, longer flaccids. Fortunate guys gain in erect size as well with that routine. Whether or not the flaccid gains become permanent is sort of an open question. Sticking with a routine for the long haul seems most likely to convert those temporary gains to permanent ones. PE done right is a long term commitment.

my penis is probably 2-3 inches when im soft yet when im hard im around 6 soft i can grab the whole thing in one hand when its hard two hands covers the base to the tip of the head just about right lol personally i dont give a damn how long my dick is when its not erect, not much you do with a limp dick anyways. id hate to have a 9 inch hard 7 inch soft thatd be a pain to piss with or just put up with in general.
guess what im saying is 4.5 inches i dont think is a grower exactly, mine more than doubles from soft to hard and i have never had a complaint regarding its size, now unless you cant get it hard completely then i see problems

Lazy Ass Stretches and Fowfers will keep your cock fuller when flaccid. Time is
the best way to become a shower. With time and dedication, the flaccid hang

I do not think you should worry about becoming a shower.. if anything focus on gaining in erect length and girth, I mean I would understand it if you where 2-3 inches when flaccid. Think about it, say you specifically target your flaccid length, and then you get a larger flaccid, but then when it gets hard it really will be disappointing, you will get disappointed by it yourself, the magic will be gone! But to each their own. Stretches, stretches, stretches. As going said LAS will improve it much. Never tried fowfers but I would definitely take his word for it. Try a combination of 3-4 different types of stretches in your routine if you want to maximize your flaccid length / erect length. Get a good stretcher. I recommend the andromedical gold. You will have very good flacid gains the first 3 months.
Make sure you get the gold though.Growing
