I second BTB, I have low lot, I stretch both up and down, and when I stretch down I actually feel more strain on my Hitchcock. I started doing bundle stretches too, noticing some increase in flaccid girth, a little in erect girth, OP if you have enough experience you can start doing bundle stretches. Although there are mixed views on it, it works for me, may work for you.( I have never recorded my progress, but I have never forgotten where I started. )

If you look at the extreme cases it makes sense to apply the theory.
A 12:00 LOT'er hanging OTS. Lig potential is high. And it is easier to stretch ligs than tunica. So hang BTC. No-brainer.
A 6:00 LOT'er hanging BTC. Lig potential is dried up. More efficient to hang higher angles for tunica stretch. So hang OTS.
Again, all this goes out the window if you have a single layer tunica. These guys are probably huge anyway and destroying pussy as we speak.
I question a 6:00 LOT on a newbie. This is why Bigger has two more indicators that he applies before he determines the best angle to hang at.
I am not selling the LOT Theory here. I do not care what people say anymore about it. I would suggest however that people not just discard it because that is what they are told to do. IMO they should research it because if it does affect them it can have a huge difference in their outcome.

Read my thread on how I gained nearly an inch and half in girth in two+ years:
I came up with this compression exercise on my own and while I also have been jelqing and doing Uli's, I think my horse squeeze variation is the reason my girth has grown so dramatically - from 4.5" to nearly 6" MEG.

I am very impressed with your girth gains. I read the first couple pages of your link and plan to read more soon. Your technique will require me to study it carefully before I can properly visualize it.
Would you please critique my girth routine?
Here is what I do:
I clamp BTB. With my left hand I place an Ok grip just behind the coronal ridge to prevent any more expansion there as I have a little baseball bat effect going. With my right hand I put an Ok grip at various points mid-shaft and squeeze gently and hold or pulse a little. My shaft starts to get a burning sensation, like muscle failure (lactic acid?) I hold that for 20-30 seconds at a time. I relax the Ok-grip and the burn subsides. By my second set my girth measures 6 whereas my normal EG is 5.5 (with 50 mg viagra it is 5.75). I do 3-4 sets in total. I do this twice a day.
Is this a horse squeeze? Does this sound productive for gains to you?
