Tonight I tried something that I rather liked.
It starts with a ULI which you hold for 1 minute. During that 1 minute you use your free hand to very gently stroke your penis right up to PONR. I was at a 10+ EQ durng the entire minute.
One, is this an established exercise? ...and two, can this be effective? I can see the logic behind this working well.

Seems like something that would work very well, but definitely sounds advanced.. ULI on 10+ eq while edging, jesus, ULI SLAMMER!
I personally do not see why it would not be effective, it is almost as if you are pumping double the blood in there with the uli and then with edging at rock hard eq. Just be careful not to pop anything O.o( I have never recorded my progress, but I have never forgotten where I started. )

I'm not doing them with a kegal because everything is so tight as is. Thanks for the advice.

Here to report that after this intense exercise I had zero EQ problems during sex 3 hours later. I'm gonna add this to my routine, document huge girth gains, and name it something cool!
