Thread: Lig gains

I was thinking about how my various stretches hit my ligs and tunica differently when something came to mind. I've read about surgeries where the ligs are cut, and that the result is typically only modest gains, if any.
I'm not interested in surgery so I hope this thread doesn't swerve into that direction. But, if we are spending time stretching the ligs hoping for gains, but simply cutting the ligs doesn't help, then how are we gaining? It doesn't make sense to me. What is "holding back" our inner penis? I understand tunica stretching... How can we determine if our growth is coming from the tunica lengthening or from more inner penis being pulled out?

This is a good question and the answer is not easily understood unless you have a fundemental knowledge of penis anatomy. Some guys have more potential for gains from lig stretch due to how their inner penis is held tightly against there pubic symphasis and the length that remains within their body due to this tighter and longer configuration.
Guys whose erection points almost straight up surely have a large amount of inner penis.
Not all guys who decide to have the surgery have this condition. IMO they are trying to shorten the work required to gain by eliminating the ligs and moving directly to the tunica. For some guys this can be a saving of 6 months to a 1 year of some very time consuming work.

That is the million dollar question and a very noteworthy hanging pioneer took his best shot at answering that. His name is Bib and he formulated the LOT Theory. Bib also designed and built the best selling hanger in the world. He has a website at
Sadly the LOT Theory has been discarded on most forums because Bib is not there to defend it. I personally have never doubted the LOT Theory. I have studied penis anatomy very carefully and although it is very complicated, the LOT Theory holds water in my opinion.
You can search for the LOT Theory on this forum. I believe that the powers-that-be have not removed it although most would like to.
Also keep in mind that after surgery, men need to hang or extend in order to realize some gains. The body likes to "put things back the way they were". Surgery is just a short cut to what you can realize using natural PE.
