Hey guys, was wondering if anyone had better gains when pe-ing less?
Reason why I ask is because when I first started jp90, I had little to no gains-- ( followed through with 2 on 1 off consistently )
and now that I got really busy from months 3 to 6, I've been jelqing on avg, twice a week. (but a lot more slow)
I also suffered an injury which made me take a week and half break.. and for some strange reason,
I gained .25 in 23 days, when out of those 23 days I only PE-ed about 5 times. Strange, right?! Has this happened to anyone else?
