Looking at the beginning of your PE career, it is advised you should condition your penis before moving on to advanced exercises. Some people are able to perform routines where they include little rest days, high intensity exercises or advanced exercises and experience little or no negative PI's. While others may be over training even with a simple beginner routine. I know a lot of ways in which your penis responds will be down to genetics, but do you reckon that previous sexual experience will contribute to some men starting off being more conditioned. By sexual experience I am talking about the number of times you used your penis when you were younger.
For example as I recall going411by7 did a progressive jelqing routine for at least 3 months with no rest days when he first started. I remember seeing in one thread that he said he was very sexually active when he was younger. (please correct me if I am wrong) Thus maybe this lead to him being in a better conditioned state before started PE.
From my own experience I didn't have a lot of sex while I was younger. This was mainly down to suffering from PE so I would pleasure the women instead. Either from low libido maybe, or lack of time I didn't masturbate much, nor for very long before ejaculation. So my penis would start off in a poorly conditioned state through lack of use. I have no problem getting it up and it gets rock hard, but I don't often get morning wood. Since starting my current routine I have increased my edging time from 10 minutes to at least 40. If I ejaculate after this I am over training as my penis feels slightly tender after, so I take a few days off. I think this is due to the strain on my penis that it isn't used to = poorly conditioned.
So for those of you who had or still have a very active sex life did you find you were able to do more earlier on? Or those of you who were more sexually inactive did you find it took longer for you to condition your penis before adding more advanced exercised.

Unless you were into crazy gymnastic sex, I don't see typical fucking as contributing much towards a later responsiveness to enlargement via techniques used in PE. Regular sex does contribute to general reproductive health, especially prostate health for us guys. And obviously you learn a lot about the workings of sex and how you respond to it, perhaps learning to manage a tendency to premature ejaculation and things like that.
But, the kinds of stresses we put into our penile connective tissues? Just can't see early sex being a factor. It's much more plausible to me that variations in individual genetics, either innate or due to epigenetic influences, play a much larger role in enlargement potential.Wood is good!
