    Ok guys here it goes, I'm hoping to get some mad growth with this one.

    5 min warm up using hot water with bathmate on at very low pressure.

    Stretches at all angles including BTC stretch and tunica tugs. For some reason I can really feel an inner penis stretch when straight out.

    Put bathmate back on with hot water and low pressure to warm up the penis again.

    5 - 10 min Jelq routine (tip: if you constantly have a grip around the base each time you swap hands it helps keep engorged. Also do one hard kegal between hand changes).

    5 min bathmate hot water at increasing pressure until fully pumped

    3 sets of supra slammers (look them up theyre awsome)

    5 min bathmate at high pressure

    Some light Jelqs and some edging followed by cockring for 5 - 10 min.

    What you guys think?

    Looks good to me. However, the second "warm up" seems unnecesary as your logs should be warm by then. Maybe just increase the pressure to med to medium high for that round. Good luck!

      Thanks man will do, only reason I do it again is because after 10 min of stretching it becomes cold
