If I were you I'd stop masturbating to porn. Im telling you, using it for masturbation for a long period of time can lead to a case of ED or even pre-e because of the extreme arousal. If you get horny, it doesnt mean you need to masturbate, just leave it as it is and it will go off. If I jerked it off or had sex every time I was horny, I wouldnt have time to eat.
I also get really hard after some jelquing or balloning sessions but its ok. I have learned to contol my urges and stop there. I advice you to do the same. However, enjoying a nice and long masturbation once or twice a week is more than welcome, even though I stopped masturbation for good as I have sex 4 days within a week or so.
So, all in all:
-Try to separate a good workout from masturbation, or dont them together often.
-Stop masturbating to porn. Its practically useless and overdoing it can lead to a few issues that you may not like.The best sound in the whole world is my wife.... having an orgasm!!!!
