I'm probably going to incorp some stretching in with my hanging and jelqing. Should I only stretch againgst my LOT or should I do the whole up down left and right stretch. also I read it says do for 30 seconds, but how much reps of that per position

Actually, that all depends. But I don't see way you are hanging and stretching. Hanging should be applied at least after a full 6 months of PE. Let me be more specific: 6 months of DEDICATED PE.Begin 7/25/2011:
NBPEL 7, BPEL 7.2, MEG 5.6, BEG 6
FL 5.25, FG 5.2
NBPEL 7.8, BPEL 8.1, UEG 5.75, MEG 6.25, BEG 6.7

When I used my extender last year, I had it stretch upwards. I never did any PE before it, but followed the progressive routine that was in the manual. I did gain some in length. About an inch to be more specific. Never had an injury too. So after one or maybe 2 cycles or jelqing (3 months each) I will incorporate some streching exercises in addition to my jelqing routine. I will too stretch upwards (LOT is about 4-5 o'clock).The best sound in the whole world is my wife.... having an orgasm!!!!

The advantage of manual stretches is that they are a quick and practical way to work all of the ligaments and tunica, so it might be helpful to add them to your routine. Experienced hangers use hanging to do the same thing when they vary the direction of hanging from one set to another, or from one day to another. So, hang straight out, then over left thigh, over right thigh, between the legs and down--you get the picture.
