DemOne, we are on the same page more than we aren't. I agree with you fully with your response. He does not know what gains he has made because he made a classic error in measurement (or lack thereof). I think that it is possible that tunica layering does not make one girthier or less girthier. I work my unit very hard and have been thinking outside the box for quite some time now. I had a good amount of girth to begin with, but growth has come very slow considering I am going on three years of steady PE. Length is the same thing, except I gave up on length exercises a while back due to lack of progress. I think tunica layering is indicated by growth, not your start size. And yes, technique and determination are very key additional factors. There are guys here who started big and grew steadily, there are smaller guys here who grew slowly.

I think there might be something to this. Like the guys with hard flaccid, like I used to have. They probably have 3 layers, and their tunica just doesn't want to expand enough with most exercises. It sure seems to be the case for me, so i'm thinking I have 3 layers. Like if I do jelqing, I get veins, hardness and length, but never anything noticeable in girth, tunica don't want to expand enough for those girth gains. Now with pumping it's a different story, I get very massive girth gains but not anything in length, but how could that be? Hanging, I get nothing at all but a lower EQ.
But even pumping is tricky for me, in order for me to stretch the tunica thoroughly, I must do very long low pressure (2-3hg) sessions. High pressure short sessions can get me a good pumped size quickly, but it's not the same. The overly high pressure (7-10hg) just makes the tunica layers even more tougher. Now the long low pressure sessions are differen't. Overall I get the same expansion (it may take longer to reach that point) of the high pressure routine, but the tunica doesn't become so toughened.
Generally the end goal being a bigger, not a harder penis.

How long are your low pressure sessions? ^
My routine is usually 3 sets of 10 minutes at about 5hg which seems like pretty high pressure to me. 7 - 10hg seems like WAY too much.pterodactyl

Normally 1 hour with 20-30 minute sets, but since dropping down to 2-3 I can pretty much go alot longer with zero negatives. 1-4 hours. When I went up to 2 hours I broke out of a slight plateau I've been in, and now midshaft girth is catching up with base. Some of these times might seem as if they're just as extreme as high pressure, so caution should be taken and it's not for everyone.

Just did my first full 30 minutes at 3hg and WOW. Never had expansion like this. My flaccid looked like my erection only hanging down =) Turtle you are the man. Gonna try for 2 or 3 more sets today within the next 4 hours.
