Hey fellas I'm finishing my 7th week of jp90. Within the third week I noticed an increase in positive indicators such as better erection quality, more of a hang while flaccid, and an increase in girth (could just be better eq). But after going into around my 6th week I noticed that all the indicators I just mentioned just faded away. Im wondering what happened.. did I injure myself, did my penis adapt to the exercises, is this common, am i suppose to be adding a lil more intensity to my exercises ? I still plan on continuing but I'm just wondering does anyone know what could have happened ?

Whats your schedule in terms of day on/ days off?

I PE 5 days on and 2 days off

Take a few days rest then see if your PI's improve. I have just taken a week off due to losing positive PI's and now my flaccid hang is better and have morning woods. Try doing 4 days on and 2 off. The slight increase in rest days may be just what your penis needs to keep your PI's positive over a longer period of time. Just my 2 cents.

You may have gotten a bit excited about your gains, and fell to the 'more is better' mentality. Did you start stretching or jelqing significantly harder? Either of those can lower EQ.
5:2 is a tough ratio, but you claim it was working before...maybe something else changed.
Anything outside the realm of PE? Outside stress?I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

I have had similar times when out of the blue my PI's dive. I have come to wonder if it is that a particular limiting factor has finally given up and yielded. The next limiting factors step up to the plate and because they are relatively weak they injure easily hence the negative PI's.
Just an idea. I hope that you are logging what you are going and commenting on your PI's so that you can identify these cycles and adjust accordingly

I think i might have slightly jelq and stretched a lil harder but I don't think it was that much harder.. well at least I don't think it was that much harder.. ?
No nothing that I could think of that changed outside of pe. If I were to come up with something was maybe sometimes masterbating a lil after.. but then again that was still being done in the beginning of the 90 program to

I haven't been logging my PI's but I start doing that from here on.
So it might be some type of fatigue or over training ? Oh and it just came to mind that a lil before my PI's faded away i remember my penis being a lil sore. So when relating that to what what you guys are saying I would assume that it would be fatigue... ?

Fatigue is a good word in PE. Without fatigue you will not gain.
A little overtraining is to be expected. Constant overtraining is to be avoided. I expect my PI's to cycle up and down. This tells me that, on average, I am not undertraining and not overtraining. It is like trying to hit a moving target. What used to bring on fatigue last month is not enough to bring on fatigue this month because you are always healig and becoming a little stronger.
I am concerned more about undertraining. It is like a poisonous gas that has no odor, undetectable (Positive PI's). Overtraining on the other hand will cause alarms to go off (negative PI's).
