I am trying to confuse and get my my little J-man out of his comfort area by changing my routine around.

I am on the JP 90 routine and am experimenting with swopping stretching and jelquing. At times, this week, I start with a jelquing session followed by a stretching routine. I also, sometimes, split my routine into 2 sections: a morning and evening routine.

I have decided to go this week with a 5 on and 2 day off routine.

Mayby this confusion will get J-man back into 'growing' mode.

Does this strategy make any sense?
