Hey guys so I have started up my routine again at a basic level. I have a magnum 9'' penis pump, and I've been reading up on hanging.
I was thinking of incorporating pumping into my routine in 3 to 4 weeks, but what I've read about hanging is that it's harder to get length gains if you girth is to thick.
Should I start the hanging and then after use the penis pump for the girth or concentrate on one or the other?
Also are there any guys that have done both in a routine?

I have read alot over the years and I cannot recall even one story of a veteran hanger/pumper. It seems that a guy either hangs or pumps his way to success and rarely does the two simultaneously.
I prefer hanging. I have tried pumping. I tried doing both and it did not work well.
If you pump then you will introduce lymph into the shaft skin. If you then use a clamshell hanger like a Bib hanger you will have trouble gripping the internal structures securely without pain and slippage.
If you use a vac hanger, you will avoid the slippage problem but eventually you will need to hang heavier weight to produce fatigue and the vac hangers fall short in this area. The combination of vac hanging and pumping may also exacerbate one other vac hanging issue and that is glans blisters. Do a search for vacuum and blisters.
It sounds like you are invested in a pump so it will be interesting to me to see what you decide on.
For girth I would clamp. I hang for gains and lightly clamp for girth maintenance. This summer I will take a hanging deconditioning break and hang for maintenance and clamp for girth gains. I plan to switch the two, 9 mo hang for length gains, 3 months clamp for girth gains. I am retired. It fits my schedule of my wife having the summer off so no real science to the 9/3.

PEWarrior is absolutely 100% spot on here. I am a guy who has tried it and it will not work together. I started pumping and after a steady 7 or 8 month routine I transitioned into hanging. I found it to seem to be a perfect combo, that is untill I got up around 8 or 10 pounds and then the swell I would get from pumping started to greatly hinder my hanging efforts. I had to ake a choice so I decided that my primary would be hanging.
I will hang untill I get the length I want and I will pump after I have cemented my gains. Downlow had a good routine going with bothe where he would hang three sets and then pump, he did this and he seemed to like it but if I remember correctly he only did this every other day but I may have that wrong, you simply cant pump and then hang the next day unless you are only pumping one set and for only a short time per set, in the long run it is much easier to choose one or the other and prevent doing two great things half assed. Even if you intend not too that will be the outcome.
If length is what you want as a primary goal I would definately go with hanging, I still pump here and there and only if I plan to not hang the next day. These days usually are a Friday or Saturday when I plan on getting er done with the little lady.
The one thing I found was that if you want to pump and then hang very light sets for more of a light and gentle pull after pumping that will work nicely but I would not expect the potential gains you would get from hanging if you went all out with it. Awesome guys thank you for your replies. This has helped make up my mind. As length is my primary goal at the moment. I will stick to hanging in a couple of months.
