Sure, why wouldn't it be. You're washing yourself with warm water, nothing bad about that. Some do their PE in the shower too.

I would think that a bath or shower after PE would make for a great warm-down.Starting (10/9/2012):
BPEL x MSEG: 7"x4.5"
NBPEL: 6.3
BPFSL: 6.6"
Short Term Goal: 7.5x5.5
Long Term Goal: 8x5.8Comment
