  • PE for the long term meaning 5+ years

I'm about 7 nbpel x5.5 at my girthiest...

Id like to get to 8x6 but I'm in no rush as Im pretty happy.

    My question

Would 10-15 minutes 2x a day yield results over the long run? Or is 1 1hr session really necessary for results?

If it took me 5 or 10 even 15 years to get to 8x6 i wouldnt mind....

    Thx

8+ minutes warm up and 6+ minutes warm down between a good routine will yield results. So if you don't have time to do it properly then you would probably be wasting your time. 45 minutes seems to be a good amount of time that people gain from.

Everyone is different. It would help if you are a total newbie. I would lean toward the 1 hour minimum especially after you gain 1/2 length and 1/4 girth.

You could probably get most of the way to your goal by doing a typical newbie routine (roughly one hour not rushed) for several months, but you'd have to try it to see how you respond to the training. On the other hand, since you are comfortable with the idea of doing a very light routine for many years, then there's no reason not to start doing it that way. How much would you really like to hit the big 8?

You could gain with 15 minutes twice a day, maybe not at a fast pace but you could. Warm ups prevent injury but our own gym shows no link between warm ups and gains. I would stretch for one session and jelque for the other.

This is basically my plan. To do a low-intensity routine, but for a LONG LONG time. I'm talkin' 10+ years. I want to PE for life basically, unless I get bigger than 10 inches, then I guess that would be a good place to stop. But seriously, I don't think there is a limit to growth given enough time and effort. I think people just tend to fizzle out and give up after a while. Or are inconsistent. I mean what's 10 years in the big picture, really? If it takes 10 years for me to gain 2 inches, or even 1 inch, so be it!!!

Maybe by the time I'm 60 I'll be able to do porn like Ron Jeremy. Except I won't be fat.

I understand where you're coming from, but it's not uncommon for people to get pretty impressive newbie gains, I've seen many people get 0.5" in 2 or three months, obviously after the newbie gains everything slows down considerably, but if you're serious you could always try a normal routine for a few months in which you might get newbie gains. Then you could go to your orginal plan and could have cut the amount of years in half Just a thought
