  • cumming affect gains

I usually tend to release/cum 10 to 20 minutes after long pe sessions because when I don't I get blue balls but I want to know would this affect gains
    7.5x6 so what:boom:

Some people believe that masturbating 2 hours before or after your routine is bad for gains, but others believe that it makes no difference or could even be beneficial. There is no evidence to support either theory and it is unfounded speculation really, this site even did a poll and found that there was no noticeable difference in gains between those who ejaculated following their routine and those who did not. Those who are against ejaculation straight afterwards say that it induces turtling (which is true for most people), Those who are for ejaculation say that it provides a spike in testosterone immediately following orgasm (which is also true). Up to you to decide what to do, but either way it probably won't make a difference in the long run.

I personally don't ejaculate after my routine, I edge for a bit but don't ejaculate as it gives me a good flaccid hang for the day

Like the countless threads out there on this topic say, no, ejaculating will not effect gains unless you're masturbating to the point of destroying your hormone levels.

The longer you refrain from cumming the higher your test levels. Everytime you cum you release hormones, zinc and protein. I believe higher test is related to muscle growth and I think penis growth and EQ. This is why after a few days of not cumming you feel really on edge and sexually frustrated. Good for bodybuilding. The physiological impact may be negligible but I've noticed a difference. There was also a study done that found test levels increase by 150% on the 7th day. On the flip side you shouldnt go beyond 7 days because cumming is good for a healthy prostate.

Testosterone levels have no part in penile growth unfortunately.

I sometimes wonder if anyone else out there actually believes that these types of question are genuine? Maybe I'm just too skeptical but the obvious answer to the question is no.
It's almost like asking "if I think too much will it affect my ability to reason?"

Oh I love these types of questions. Let's see, I have a choice between cumming or gains. Okay I'll take the cumming; fuck the gains! Hey isn't that how we cum in the first place? ( sorry but I just had too)

Yeah, as others have stated, there really doesn't seem to be any correlation between ejaculation and gains. For me, I try not to ejaculate too soon before I PE because it can affect my erection level during jelqing.

One thing I will say though...edging after a PE session TO porn (yes, to porn) and NOT ejaculating in the end has done WONDERS for my stamina. I'm harder and last much longer than I used to. And I do absolutely NO kegel exercises whatsoever. For me, I believe it was the years of furious masturbating, trying to come as quickly as possible, that shortened my stamina. Now, I'm doing the reverse. I'm still physically (hand) and mentally (porn) stimulating myself, but by NOT coming, I'm training my mind and body to focus on the enjoyment of the act and not focus on the end result (ejaculation) which I was so caught up over before.

                        Physiological effects

In general, androgens promote protein synthesis and growth of those tissues with androgen receptors. Testosterone effects can be classified as virilizing and anabolic, though the distinction is somewhat artificial, as many of the effects can be considered both.
                        • Anabolic effects include growth of muscle mass and strength, increased bone density and strength, and stimulation of linear growth and bone maturation.Biological uses

                          • Testosterone is necessary for normal sperm development. It activates genes in Sertoli cells, which promote differentiation of spermatogonia.
                          • Regulates acute HPA (Hypothalamic–pituitary–adrenal axis) response under dominance challenge[18]
                          • Regulator of cognitive and physical energy
                          • Maintenance of muscle trophism
                          • Testosterone regulates the population of thromboxane A2 receptors on megakaryocytes and platelets and hence platelet aggregation in humansMechanism of action

The effects of testosterone in humans and other vertebrates occur by way of two main mechanisms: by activation of the androgen receptor (directly or as DHT), and by conversion toestradiol and activation of certain estrogen receptors.[121][122]
Free testosterone (T) is transported into the cytoplasm of target tissue cells, where it can bind to the androgen receptor, or can be reduced to 5α-dihydrotestosterone (DHT) by the cytoplasmic enzyme 5-alpha reductase. DHT binds to the same androgen receptor even more strongly than testosterone, so that its androgenic potency is about 5 times that of T.[123] The T-receptor or DHT-receptor complex undergoes a structural change that allows it to move into the cell nucleus and bind directly to specific nucleotide sequences of thechromosomal DNA. The areas of binding are called hormone response elements (HREs), and influence transcriptional activity of certain genes, producing the androgen effects.
Androgen receptors occur in many different vertebrate body system tissues, and both males and females respond similarly to similar levels. Greatly differing amounts of testosterone prenatally, at puberty, and throughout life account for a share of biological differences between males and females.
The bones and the brain are two important tissues in humans where the primary effect of testosterone is by way of aromatization to estradiol. In the bones, estradiol accelerates maturation of cartilage into bone, leading to closure of the epiphyses and conclusion of growth. In the central nervous system, testosterone is aromatized to estradiol. Estradiol rather than testosterone serves as the most important feedback signal to the hypothalamus (especially affecting LH secretion).[citation needed] In many mammals, prenatal or perinatal "masculinization" of the sexually dimorphic areas of the brain by estradiol derived from testosterone programs later male sexual behavior.[citation needed]
The human hormone testosterone is produced in greater amounts by males, and less by females. The human hormone estrogen is produced in greater amounts by females, and less by males. Testosterone causes the appearance of masculine traits (i.e., deepening voice, pubic and facial hairs, muscular build, etc.) Like men, women rely on testosterone to maintain libido, bone density and muscle mass throughout their lives. In men, inappropriately high levels of estrogens lower testosterone, decrease muscle mass, stunt growth in teenagers, introduce gynecomastia, increase feminine characteristics (however as excess estrogen causes higher levels of testosterone to be manufactured to DHT which produces strong masculine secondary traits and acceleration of the aging process in men), and severely Increases susceptibility to prostate cancer, reduces libido and causes erectile dysfunction and can cause excessive sweating and hot flushes.[citation needed] However, an appropriate amount of estrogens is required in the male in order to ensure well-being, bone density, libido, erectile function, etc.
