  • How to Increase Girth of Base of Penis? [Pictures]

    I am wandering on exercises which increase girth at the base of the Penis, and is it dangerous or proven?

    Here is a picture of mine Flaccid, and Erect - However notice the centre of the Penis is more thicker than the base?

    hmmmm, I'm not sure what exercises will just thicken the base.

    But I would say you can do half jelqs to try for that.

    Just start at the base and only jelq have way up your penis and repet.

    It seems that I have the opposite.

    My base is bigger then my mid shaft.

          I remember reading in another thread about hourglasses. Start in themiddle and jelq in both directions. Horse squeezes might be good too.

              I've heard clamping is a good one for base girth. It is an intense form of PE, so be careful, or just use your hamd and fingers in an "OK" sign for 30 seconds on, then 30 seconds off at first.

                  This might be the completely wrong person, if it is sorry I can't quite remember, but I think rbi99 said he believed he gained quite a bit of BEG from the Lazy Ass Stretch, I think he just said he could really feel the stretch at the base and attributed Base Girth gains to that.

                      It's tough to pinpoint one successful exercises when most routines contain 2-3+ exercises. If I had to take en educated guess, I'd say that when I learned to do my V-jelqs more effectively (sitting down and gripping deeply into the fat pad), some base girth gains were made. Can I be certain? No. Maybe it's from something else. But I suspect the v-jelq helped.

                            Swinging the penis around while somewhat or fully erect is good for the base if you can feel the strain there. I like to do it with no hands for base training.
                            BPEL: 6.7-8.57" NBPEL: 6.3-8.25"

                              I have begun to add dry pumping into my list of devices i use. Recently i picked up an elliptical tube by vacu-tech had have been using a neoprene sleeve to reduce the donut effect just below my glan. This has been allowing for my base to expand like crazy. I take the sleeve off for my last set and there is a major difference in my base. That i jelq for a few sets and mix in some slow squash jelqs to focus on that area under my glan. But no donut effect so im good. So that maybe an option for you is to dry pump with a sleeve to reduce expansion where you dont want it. Good luck
