1. Bought a pump
2. Less pressure
3. Less than 3 hours a week
4. Less ejaculation
5. Watched Pi's much more carefully

Not much at all. I did the JP's 90 staying on course then moved to more advanced routines with trail and error without injury. I know more now the areas with I need to work on that are harder than other due to different routines which I have experimented with. So, again, nothing.
Would I have started sooner if I knew about PE? I can't answer that because I didn't start really thinking about it until about a year and half ago when I initiated my research on PE.
Do I feel that if I would have started younger than the result would have been faster? No, because it has not been proven but in cases on the contrary.Begin 7/25/2011:
