I started jp90 a little over a month ago . But these past few weeks couldn't keep up with it because of work. It normally takes me about a hour and 10 mins to finish. I've also been wearing my extender for about 6 months. I stopped wearing the extender when I started jp90 . My question is. Would you reccommend me wearing my extender for the length my normal 6-8 hours then do my routine of jp90 every other day. While wearing my extender 5 days a week with two days rest. I tried this a few times with no pain but just wanted to make sure I'm not over working the penis. I don't want to get the turtle effect . I notice after wearing my extender my penis looks very long but skinny. Then after a hour it shrinks dramatically . But jp90 seems to add girth. I fee
l like I'm working against myself when the extender is suppose to do both. My total goal is 10 inches length with 6inches girth. I'm about 7.2 on length and last time I measure 5inches on girth. I worked my way up from 6inches length and 4.7 girth. Any info would be good. Like I stated previously when doing both at the same time there was no pain at all. My penis seems to like it. I just want to make sure I'm working smart and not long.. any advice would be great .

Extender Mon-Friday 6-8 hours..
Jp90 workout Monday,wednesday friday..
Rest :Saturday Sunday..

My advice is from experience, but I would never call it "expert" as I believe there are no experts for this type of endeavor.
I will suggest you do what's working best for you time wise as well as how your body is responding. I don't believe adding extending to manual exercising is in anyway negative or self defeating. I do and have done it for some time now and am still gaining(ever so slowly). I also consistently use "hanging", but that's a whole different subject.
Give your pecker hell..but in a controlled manner.

Thanks. It just seems like a very slow process. I'm wondering rather I.should stick to girth excerises or continue to do both.

Either where the extender or do the stretches prescribed in the JP's 90 day but still do the 90 day which means if you miss a day, you need to still complete it. If you don't really have the time for PE right now then hold off til you do have things in order to make the time and just wear the extender. PE takes dedication, here and there will not do you that much good or allow your penis to adapt to it to make adjustment in fibers and growth.
